Nihongo de Yoga

“Nihongo de Yoga” literally means Yoga in Japanese. The class is taught in Vinyasa style, with the focus on breath, movement, and alignment. You do not need to be flexible to practice yoga. This yoga is for everybody! My focus is to provide the safe environment for you to experience the benefit of yoga, which includes better mental health, fit body, and relaxation. Both experienced and first-time yoga students are welcome. Open level class on Thursdays is available with Japanese babysitting service provided by NYCNDA staff.

Photos by Joanne

Aside from taking care of my daughter Lulu, I work as photographer. My favorite type of assignment is photographing people in their own element. When I have spare time, I like to make chicken wings and chocolate cupcakes.

Jewelry by Mayu

Welcome to silkfruits, a new jewelry line inspired by nature’s fruits and flowers. Vibrant and unique designs made of natural stones and gold floral nests, all adorned with fresh water pearls, antique beads, and precious crystals. These exotic materials, anchored by hand-dyed silk, are the basis for this colorful and texture-rich line.

Sonic English

SonicEnglish offers exclusive small group lessons where both adults and children can learn useful
English for a reasonable price.
Our “mommy and me” classes, based on developmental and linguistic psychology,
are designed to learn English naturally and effectively while kids have fun.
Children with no previous learning experience in a class setting can feel comfortable.
We eliminate anxiety and resistance to English, which leads to a positive attitude and productive learning.
Sonic’s unique pay-per-lesson system, unlike the regular monthly-charge system, allows you to cancel classes when you are unable to attend.
